If you fall into the .3% of orders we didn’t get right, we are sincerely sorry. To make it up to you we will reprint any garment that is materially different than your final design, printed on incorrect garments, or messed up in any obvious way. We’ll also email you a pre-paid shipping label so your return won’t cost you anything. If we are unable to reprint the garments for you, you’ll get a full refund for the incorrect pieces.
